Midsummer's Morning
This poem, also written before Mum started up the classes uses a slightly different ABABCC rhyme pattern. The rhyme is not fully consistent yet you can still feel the rhythm and beat. The last two lines of each stanza are much longer than the first four lines in the stanza. Even though it is not summer, I posted this poem because it is slightly humorous and right now we all need some humour.
